I’m trying to buy Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Canister Animal vacuum, like the one in the video, but I cannot find it anywhere?! At your demo centers, at your website, at Amazon. Is there any wait list that I have to join?
Mine has great suction will lift loose dirt but any fluff will not bring it out of the carpet

How come we didn’t get the pneumatic tool with our dyson cinetic big ball animal pro? It’s the same vacuum cleaner, we have all the other tools except that one. ☹️

1. Adding additional power switch at handle will be more convenient.
2. Power cable wind and unwind have another control on the handle
3 handle attach to the ball canister by magnet
4 handle could stand by itself when take it down to use other heads

Pneumatic Düse funktioniert bei uns nicht, macht Riefen in Feinschlingenteppich, schabt über Vinyllaminat und saugt z.B. Glassplitter nicht vollständig ein.

Only Dyson stick vacs do..... But when they make a cordless canister vacuum with a compressor than yes

Dyson made these vacuums so expensive 😡
I don't recommend this vacuum . Totally hard to use it on carpet. Feels like u doing tag of war. Thought i will have less time of cleaning but I think i add 30 mins more coz giving me hard time.
I agree. difficult to use, difficult to empty properly without sticking your fingers in the drum, difficult on carpets. Hair gets trapped around the brushes. A pain.

Agreed - the only good thing is I get a pretty good workout. Also, I had to laugh at the sound effects used in the video. It does not sound like that at all!!!!. Wish it did.

It's not like I wasn't warned. My Dad (a wise 87 year old) said "that's engineered in England, don't touch it. Go German". But no, I wouldn't listen and bought one of the most infuriating products ever "designed". Two big no nos.
One, a huge amount of effort has to be put in to get the bottom flap to close after emptying. The plastic catch just won't let go off the teeth unless prized off.
Two, suck up anything like a tissue and the tiny aperture inside the cylinder gets blocked. You have to open it to clear it. I'm not talking a big tissue, I mean a piece 4 sq inch tissue will block the opening.
Oh yeah, one of the external disc domes on the outside fell off on third use and just refuses to reattach. Now the vacuum strips paint off my door frames. I JUST HATE THIS THING!!!! IT WAS EXPENSIVE!!! Sorry Dad.

The old model DC19 with the FLAT BRUSH is a 1000 times better than this new trash. Will need strong hands to moove It . The telescopic pipe is made from plastic it's too heavy and hard to extendit. The pneumatuc brush It is too big , heavy and it's too dificult to moove It in a correct direction. Look at the video , you need to pass 3 times at the same aria to clean It and the result is "0"!!! To clean and empti the deposit you need to go outside your home, becouse all the dust Will flying around you when you push the botton to open it. I have this "CINETIC BIG TRASH" at mi home!!!!!
This new product is a BIG DISAPOINTMENT!!!!
