RE: Eliminating the Heap leach system allows you to submit permits to Chihuahua directly, avoiding Mexico city.
QUESTION: does that essentially bypass/avoid dealing with SEMARNAT completely?

I own a small position, but 350M shares out and sounds like more dilution; also New Pacific Metals has a 203M oz pure silver deposit in Bolivia, should be mentioned on their slides in context of large silver projects.

i think discovery silver is under valued, let hope when the mine starts to open it get the credit it deserves
