    concept of switch and IC's looks so similar and the use decoder 3x8 makes sense in case of switch

    Sir, instead of using another 3x8 decoder can we direct give A12,A13,A14 and A15 to a or gate to enable the CS for EPROM 1 (4KB) and similarly to the rest too ?

    Sir, Why is the OR gate taken for chip selection in EPROM? can we use other gates also to make the final output 0 for chip selection?

    Does that mean code in ram needs to be offset by the amount of rom there is like mov al, [0x0] would set the address lines to 0x0000 but it needs to be 0x2000 to access the first address in ram? No?
