I am so enjoying your videos. Dublin and Havana, where my two favorite places to shoot street. Your street work is fantastic.
Fantastic street photographs Brie! I love the shot at 4:56! Something about the composition, the hat and the reflection makes it so cool. Also, i'm heading to Ireland in June-July and was wondering if it is safe to have a Leica M film camera hanging around my neck? Haha.
Thank you so much! Appreciate the kind words! I found it 100% safe to have my M6 around my neck at all times! Hope this helps.
Did you ever make it to Dublin?
As a retired photographer (street photos) was my passion, I gotta say your images are spot on ! Thanks, Rick…..
For sure she knows how to zone focus, holy shiet she makes look it so easy lol
What lens are u rocking on that M6? Great photos btw
Voigtlander Ultron 35mm F/2!
Your flying taking pics. Noice!

Heck yeah!! Love to see it - thanks for subscribing 💛
@@briepaulsen dude I’m on a binge with your vids today. Thanx for the superb content. 🖤
Do you edit your photos?
And whats your go to film roll?
I do, but I don’t go wild with editing! My go-to will forever be Portra 800 🎞
How tall are you? Do you think Hasselblad X2D able to shoot street photography like this while still been fun?
you shoot with so much confidence ! I love it
thank you so much! appreciate it 🖤
The man peering into the Jeweller's shop window is my favourite.
Me too! Thanks so much 🙏
Hi Brie’ so happy I discovered your channel, are you zone focusing?
So glad to have you!! Yes I am - for street, I zone focus about 98% of the time.
Loved the shots. Super interesting.
Thank you so much! It was a blast. 💛
how are you able to get such minimal border sizes for your photos? I have tried everything and can't seem to figure it out, please help a brotha out
I do it within Adobe Premier but Photoshop also works (image -> canvas size -> width and height 40-50 pixels)! For insta I use an app called White Border. Hope this helps!
How do you nail exposure? Sunny 16??
I use my internal light meter often and stay aware of light changes while approaching different scenes!
Hi Brie! Love your style and your shots. Would you mind giving us a little bit more inside on the film stock you are using?
A majority of this video was shot with Portra 800 but I believe a few shots were Portra 400!
Which Voigtlander you using?
the second shot with the bull 🤣great video! Finally I found a street photographer with a sense of humor on yt
Wow so happy you enjoyed that haha! Try and keep ‘em lighthearted and fun 🤩
What lens are you using on your M6?
Voigtlander 35mm Ultron f/2
sick shots bb
thanks lady! 🙏
Hi Brie,
tolles Video, klasse Streetaufnahmen.👍
Wie schaffst du es die Personen immer richtig belichtet und scharf abzubilden?
Gruß XARE
Thank you so much! I use my internal light meter and zone focus 95% of the time! Hope this helps 😊
4:55!!!! what a shot
i have to agree, insanely quick and strong thinking/comp.
another great video! makes me wanna travel and get out of nyc! btw which lens did you use here?
thank you so much! you definitely should if you get the chance, it’s so great to experience different cultures! here I’m using the voigtlander 35mm ultron f/2.
So great to see a beautiful young lady doing film street photography.
Super cool to see a street photography video in Dublin. And with an M6 nonetheless. Nice shots.
Appreciate it! 🙏🏼

how do you solve the focus so quickly?
I zone focus 98% of the time and if I’m about to take a shot that’s not within my zone I quickly pull my focus ring to where it needs to be!
Need more!!!!!!!
Nice video, buy absolutely trivial pictures
Thank you so much! 😊🙏
That’s Seán Hillen! @6.13
Watched with interest but disappointed you stuck to the safe Southside. If you'd crossed the Liffey you'd have got a lot more Beckettian old men that are your favourite subject. Martin (Northside Dubliner)
The M6 was my first Leica, and twenty years later it's still my favourite camera. Lovely work. A.L.
It was mine as well and I plan on having it for the rest of my life!! Definitely my favorite. ❤️📷 Thank you so much!
New to your channel, great vibes I like the content !!
Welcome!! Glad to have you, hope you enjoy more of my upcoming videos 😊
@@briepaulsen yes for sure, feel free to check my channel. Cheers from Montreal city 🤙
Leica picture = a very normal picture but with background lounge music
Very nice photos! Do you shoot street photos always in Raw or JPEG?
These shots are all on film so I get the film scans back as jpegs!
Hmm. Blunderbuss street photography.
Great photographs. Thank you for your efforts and the presentation. RS. Canada
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed the video! 💛
Nice video. Your voice is barely audible.
Thank you! Still working on perfecting audio, I do realize my voice was difficult to hear in this one! Will try to make it better in the next one 😊
@@briepaulsen Looking forward to more videos. Great content and style!
Great Images! Love your style. ❤ The Leica M & Voigtlander is a great combination.
It really is! My pal sold me that lens and I love it, it’s so unobtrusive 😍
Don’t steal pictures !
Old man looking into the window had potential and so did the child shot. However, you need to slow down and put more thought into the process. Get a roll of black and white and start over
Terrible sound… pity
