I definitely have a long road to go, but it's better late than never, I'd never gone to school, and I grew up in too much ignorance, I'm not to be crying here, but more than anything it's because of my experience of life, it has been not too much in the prosperous side even that I have so many useful skills, certainly that should be enough, but I have come to the realization that I'm constrained by my communication skills, so I thank you for sharing all your knowledge, it is are very needed to many people.

Given the fact that, it is one of the greatest videos on TH-cam someone ever worked on and this distinction is always made by wes.. quite clueless to gather words to say thank you and you fixed many of my grammar errors as well. If the dictionary provides a word that could beat thank you I would write here because only thanks is not enough.. Hi Wes. I want to ask, if I say" We met when we were in school", does it mean that we were students at the same school? And if I say" We met at school", does it mean that we were not students? We might be parents of students who went to the same school or we might be the guests/visitors of the school. I compare those sentences with these sentences " I was in hospital", means that I was a patient receiving medical treatments. And "I was at the hospital", means that I was a guest visiting my uncle. I'm confused. Please kindly enlighten me. Thank you.

For me it's - recurring vs recurrent - constraint vs restraint - continuous, continued, continual and continuing. - concise vs succinct - skillful vs skilled - unsettling vs disturbing For most foreigners, it's hard to spot the difference as it is subtle.

I thought they were written that way, but said for their meaning orally speaking: for example, that is.
You don't really use them in spoken English. Possibly if you're trying to emphasize something but it's not common. 👍

Metal, we sound a ‘t’ and not a ‘d’ when pronouncing. We speak British English.
To me, a better example would have been ‘medal’ vs ‘meddle’.
In American English, people use a Flap T so they end up sounding the same. 😊

It sounds awkward in the passive because the phrasal verb is not describing an action done by the actor. 👍
