Poor Phoebe, I was worried about the hierarchy, but I believe overall they will figure everything out and be ok. I am so happy that Zoe had a baby. Thank you for posting.
Another great video. Phoebe might have gotten hurt, but at least she has freedom now thanks to y'all. She will find her place n live a great life. Better than bein caged 24/7. Keep up the fantastic job y'all are doin for all of these creatures of God. Can't wait for the next one ❤️❤️🐵🐵❤️❤️

Best wishes to Zoey on her adorable little one! Perhaps if you use binoculars, you can get a close glimpse of the baby's gender. Learning something new about gibbons. Enjoyed the video. Prayers for Phoebe...recover soon!
A BIG 🎊THANK👏 💐YOU🥳 so much for all your hard work to help these precious primates! 🐒🐵 May God🙏 bless and watch over you, your staff & each animal in your very AWESOME care! From: New Orleans, Louisiana, USA 🇺🇸
From the Monkey World website: "Lulu is a female chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes) who arrived at Monkey World on 14/10/00 and we estimate that she was born during 1992. She was born in a circus travelling through Cyprus when her mother attacked her and bit her arm. Lulu’s arm became infected and a Cypriot family saved her life by taking her home and getting their doctor to amputate the poisonous limb."
Probably because this season aired 13 years ago. I wish this channel, which is not Monkey World, would make it clear that these are old episodes. People are making comments that make obvious thT they think this is happening now. And that asking questions to Monkey World are not going to get answers. Monkey Life is still being filmed to this day, so there are many seasons. Those of us in the USA are not able to watch the show anyway else though.
Staff, you all do such a great job! It's evident you all love your job. How satisfying to provide a forever home for these amazing primates! I'd pay a visit to UK just to see Monkey World. Please, keep the videos coming.
It's so grand seeing the golden baby hanging on to Mum so well! It seems ya'll have the right combination of animals and that life is settling back into a routine fot the monkeys. I'm on my second time watching through every season. I just love all the characters and their individual quirkiness. It always brightend my day. A cup of coffee, a good hearty laugh with friends (my 4 legged fur babies) and im set for the day
The mature females have swellings around their bottoms that corespond with menstrual periods. The swellings signal to males that a female is receptive to mating.
Different standard of practice in veterinary medicine. The wound is also considered dirty - the oral bacteria have contaminated the site. In human medicine, we’d likely leave the wound unstitched… to allow for drainage.
@@en2oh Most animals have saliva that contain antibiotics. That is why they lick their wounds. No...human wounds are not left unclosed. If the doctors detect there will be drainage, they still stitch it with a drainage tube inserted, attached to a suction ball or suction apparatus machine. Gaping wounds are generally left open to heal from the inside out, such as bed sores. Many won't heal for one reason or another, & require skin grafts. They still should be wearing masks. When a person exhales, they are releasing millions of germs, especially when they are leaning over the patient & breathing down upon them.
@@susiesweet8003 well, that's not really the training I got... but hey, I went to med school quite a while ago ;) (and for the record, the human mouth is a cesspool of bacteria.... the comment made was not about human wounds in general, but specifically human bites....)
I love how Alison refers to them as "people"
Me too!
I feel like orangutans are my spirits animals. I have red hair and I'd love to just sit around all day and chill.
Just love orangutans! They are my favorite wild animal. They are stunning. Love some of my domestic pets very much too!
I love the sounds of the gibbons

Oh, I can not wait until the next episode! I love it, Allison is going to get her high attitude handed back to her.
Love the gibbons' song.
Another Great episode..Thanks for posting, I still wish I knew what was going on today?
Praying for Phoebe 🙏🏾
Great video. I love the way we get to hear the news. Thanks for sharing. Blessings to all.
I'm sure people that live 9/10ths of mile and closer to the park are thrilled at hearing that every morning sunrise instead of roosters.
🤣
🙉
The stink must be horrible too! Just imagine.

i love that these come out so frequently!! i'm hooked
And luckily, they're up to season 14, so we should be getting new ones for a while to come!

Poor Mad Max The Marmoset It Seems He Was Forced To Live With A Bit
When a primate travels through trees it's called brachiation however when Gibbons travel they can go as fast as 35 to 40 MPH or 55 kilometers per hour
The hierarchy always makes me sad for those low ones
When Orangs do make a noise like danger in the area like ppl, snakes they will shake tree branches or make a kiss squeak sound
They are so sweet and adorable

Why does LuLu only have 1 arm? I sure hope Pheobe's arm heals ok. So happy Zoey is being a good mommy and the baby is nursing.

I like Rodders
How this series is available for free on TH-cam boggles my mind. This is right up there with Orangutan Island and Escape To Chimp Eden.

Don't mean to sound weird but why do some
Chimps have such strange looking rears ?Is it age or what?

Can they just give out more taters?
Awesome job, thank you for sharing. 🐒🇨🇦🍁🐘😊
As a retired RN, I must ask...no mask during surgery??

Some of the chimp youngsters do not have an 'OFF' button.
Why does henanyas goup have so much hai missing? Over grooming?
Zoe is hiding her baby from Alison
Is there any bonobos at monkey world??
I thought this was going to be like an arena deathmatch not some medical BS
Who names a kid Onion? That's gross.
I once "long called" at my local bar, and struck out...😟
