This is one of the best drama of Lee Jung Suk, Park Hae Jin, Jin Se Yeon and Kang Soora. Their acting are really good! Despite the hardships they went through in the end they all live happily with their love ones.
One of the best KDrama's plot. Im just a little bit disappointed regarding of the casting on this KDrama. There is no chemistry to the main characters. I love the plot and story, it would be a perfect KDrama (for me atleast) if Dr. Quack (Dr. Oh) is playing role as Jae Hee/Seung Hee, and Jae Hee as Dr. Oh/Dr. Quack.
I hesitated to watch this drama for the past 2 days..... Thanks God for some comments that pursuaded me to watch. I just finished episode 7, & I am loving it. I don't want to stop anymore.
I was amazed on how the actors gave their excellent performance in this drama. Salute to Lee Jong Suk for a very amazing act as Dr Park. No doubt that he is one of the best kdrama actors , if not the best, indeed! Same goes to Park Hae JIn for giving his best to compete with Jong Suk in this drama. Congratulations. I really loved this drama much!

This is the only patient i wanted to die.. the family was so ungrateful.. The doctor paid for the hospital fee and how they pressure everyone after the operation.
People dislike this drama due to lack of romance. And some people not even watch or finish it because of viewers rant about the 2nd lead. I'm disappointed too. But I think the drama's plot is one of the best plot in kdrama world.The cinematography was also superb. Maybe that's why I don't overreact about CLOY. North korea theme.
@@aspengrey1898 I agree, but even without the romance the drama was still good. The plot is unique and I like all the twist and it feels like your watching a movie. I'm just sad bcoz some people dissing the drama just bcoz of romance thingy.. Or maybe they just watch kdrama for cheezzzzyness.😂😂

I wonder why North Korea was involving Jae hee in their operations when they had his mom. Why in the world did she agree to it yet it was work done by spies. Why was she pretending not to know him yet she loved him? The guy gave in too much for her. It's surreal. He didn't do all that just to be ignored. Jae hee was like an extra in this drama. It would have been better without her. Too much politics involved in a medical drama. I like political Sageuk historical dramas but this was unnecessary. Maybe it's because they filmed in Hungary too. That's why people liked it.

It would have been good but second lead actress overshadowed the lead actress. There was no chemistry between the guy and the first lead actress.
