She’s playing Guitar while singing, her vocals are very different to the pace of the music she’s playing, which is very hard to do, especially when focusing on playing and finding range and pitch. 2. The vocal range she had to reach is difficult. 3. Full music sets can be knackering! 4. It’s good to save your voice for future shows instead of going all out all the time. 5. Notice how her singing improves when she is only focusing on that by itself. 6. It’s not about perfection, it’s about enjoyment and having a good time!

Warped tour was really hard on musicians especially singers. Performing day after day in extremely hot weather, spending every night on the bus while on the road for about 10 hours between each stop. Plus there tends to be a lot of partying throughout the day. Also a huge chunk of their “downtime” is spent doing signings where they have to make 15 second small talk with each person followed by multiple interviews. Its enough to burnout any artist

I honestly agree with the original comment because every singer I feel should continually work with a vocal coach to help keep their voice healthy. Doesn’t change what I said though

Does anybody know if there's some secret to meeting them at Warped? Sometimes, you have to quickly grab a poster or a wristband or something just so that you can get in line to meet the popular bands, and it's really frustrating if you don't hear about it until they're gone.

She's talked about it before. She had actual damage, and had to relearn how to sing. She's been sounding much better in recent performances though.
