Excellent video. I think the partnership method of owning an aircraft is definitely a good way to go. This video will help me focus on looking for a good partner. I get off and on with buying an airplane and the rental thing is old for me now. I am just afraid of getting into a money pit with an aircraft.

We all fear the money pit, my only recommendation there is to be patient! Don't rush into anything, especially the wrong partner!
