So true, i followed old school methods for my delivery too , mine c sec but from second day itself a little higher from ur cut i started to wear the abdomen belt and a week later saree tie , that truly help , my mom made food , massage just like urs and proper care for first 3mon almost same things as u did, it made a drastic change to me as well

Hi Amrutha, I am too from Mlre, belong ing konkani community. I totally agree with u n aunty's views.. All these Old school methods are really proved ones by our ancestors, especially who have had many deliveries and experience..U made me remember my 2 deliveries..at present my kids are in . Std 12 n std 9.
Each and every point u both have discussed, is so so same that i have gone through be it be the oil massage,bath,food!. Surely, will show this videos in future, to my daughters during their time 😅
