    Instead of adding another instruction can't you just increase the length to 32 to add another word or 48 to have 3 words?? And I enjoy all of your videos they have helped me alot!

    Great explanation. Can you give me an example of when the bit shift left instruction would need to be used in the industry? This is a neat instruction, but I can't figure out why it would need to be used.

    i think if we typed 32 in length field we can get rid of the second BSL with the same function
