From what I've seen of this show, the #1 excuse if someone steals sucessfully.. "I thought you were going to steal" and if they both steal "I knew you were going to steal so I did too."

Assume they stole. SO WHAT?! LMAO either way you're getting out with nothing, at least let one of the parties get the money, even if they *don't deserve it* it's better than both not gettin shit. And again if they choose steal, *YOU'RE NOT GETTING ANYTHING EITHER WAY* so saying "I thought you were going to steal" is *literally* as good as saying "If you did steal, I wanted you to end up with nothing because you don't deserve it".
But, EVEN THAT, is not the actual reason why people would choose to steal, because we know that 90% of the time, the real reason is as simple as "Half of the money isn't enough to satiate me, give me all of it."

Just because they did what you "Predicted" doesn't mean it was *going to happen* for sure. You're not a psychic and humans are far too complex of a creature that it would be *too* hard for anyone to *calculate* whether someone is lying/acting or saying the truth, even the most professional of psychologists who knows body language very well, I'm sure they would more often than not have trouble calculating the true intentions of people. Most of the time, this *Calculating* you're boasting about when saying "I *KNEW* YOU WERE GOING TO STEAL" is nothing but *lucky guessing...*
And again... As I said in part (A), even if you psychically *knew* that the other person would steal. You choosing to steal as well, is as good as saying "If the other party is selfish, then they don't deserve happiness.", all the while failing to see that you yourself, are also being selfish, when you deny them happiness, even if they don't deserve it.
Even if someone doesn't deserve happiness, denying them said happiness, makes you selfish to say the least.
And if you KNEW EVEN THAT, then you're basically saying "If they're selfish, then I'm selfish."
BUT AGAIN, we all know, none of this has anything to do with the actual reason why someone would choose steal, which is simply "Half of the money isn't enough to satiate me, give me all of it."

Any proof of these terms and conditions/ contract you speak of? As far as I'm concerned, once that money in is your bank the show has no right to dictate would you do with your money, you can then write your own check once the money is cleared and in your bank. They also have no right to dictate who you can and cannot speak too after the show, freedom of speech. Also I don't know if you've seen this video where the guy says he's going to steal the money and wants the other guy to split so he can split it after the show, not a word from any of the show's employee's saying he can't do that, but they both ended up splitting anyways, genius guy.

Yes this is a game show and although someone has to win and someone potentially has to lose, the format really brings to the surface how disgusting a person truly is. The Irish lady is pure, she's honest and wasn't greedy, she shared and was happy to do so. The other lady was fuelled by her lust or love of money, dismissing the circumstances and feelings of the Irish lady so she could cash in. As a multimillionaire, I know and fully understand the power that money can have on a person's interests and influences, but it also a mere material asset that invariably comes and goes. I will therefore offer to give the Irish lady from this particular episode, the exact amount she would have received had she herself chose the steel ball. All she has to do is contact me, prove she is the person from the show via email or whatever means she deems safe, and I will send her a cheque rather than ask for her account details for BACS, that way she will know I'm genuine and not a scammer. All I will need is an address to send the cheque and of course, her name.
