      take your inhaler 10 mins before doing this! my asthma sucks extra so i still get breathless but it helps a little

    Someone recently told me that at any one time you are a mix of the 5 people that spend the most time in your life, even if you don't actually see them or speak to them, just the 5 most recurring people; i thought about this and i've concluded its definitely true. Recently i've done a lot of your videos and I'm feeling so much more positive, confident and disciplined! I call it the Cassey affect. Good work girl!

    feedback: i am definitely a fan of Blogilates and do tell all my friends about how amazing your calendars are! I have already gotten several of my friends into it. i love that you have 11 or more years of experience and are an expert! It is so great to learn from you! Please remember that most of us do not. Sometimes it seems like you move thru the pilates moves so fast that proper form is lost. I have watched this happen to you before especially in the roll up challenge. Please be mindful of pace and form for intermediate people. I would love to see more intermediate moves in your monthly calendars.... like something for the ones who are past the beginner's calendar yet not quite ready to complete the entire list of moves assigned each day on the monthly calendars. I am not negatively criticizing, just trying to improve the accessibility of your amazing skills and calendars for the not so expert people out there wanting to be your student :) I am subscribed to your monthly calendars for the iPhone and will continue to use them and modify them to meet my level of ability until i am more advanced like you. I have taken dance lessons for almost 30 years, and I feel that gives me an advantage at doing your moves.

    Day 24 of the beginners calendar! ♡ I couldn't do a lot of this very well, I tried but I still don't have enough arm strength to hold the plank moves, or do the one legged burpee, I'm still doing beginners burpees as it is. I hope I can work up to the point that I can actually succeed at this video!

      +GDInspirations yes, actually. But Cassey's pilates are meant to tone and also burn a little bit of fat. For fat burning you need to eat clean (eat more veggies and less carbs) and do cardio in your workout routine. I always swicth my cardio wo so I wont get tired and I wont exercise the same muscles. But you know, that's kind of the things you learn when you work out with Cassey.

    Woman, you are crazy and I love you!!! Sick of living every day in a body I hate and living by the sea for the first time in my life, I decided to get over myself and change my habits and change my body!     I did it without stopping for the first time! Feels so good! I know it's not as hard as Cassey's HIIT videos since this one has a lot of normal ab moves in it, but it was still very challenging for me. I'm really bad at cardio so I hope that one day I will make it through her harder videos as well!

      Keep going and you'll eventually get it! It only seems hard because your muscles probably haven't adjusted to these workouts yet :) It took me forever to get this whole video done without stopping. DONT GIVE UP AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

    The first time I did this I couldn't go on after the 2nd move and here I am a month later finishing this workout with no problem at all!

    I LOVE THIS!!!! this is my fav workout video for my stomach. I have tried so many of her other stomach vids, but there is always at least one exercise i can't do (either because i can't feel it or the exercise is difficult for me to do). But every exercise in this video is easy to do (even for a fitness dummy like me) and you can feel it burning right away!!

    At first I skipped the single legged burpies after doing the 100 burpies challenge. But then I read everyone's comment on how they pushed through these burpies after doing 100, and felt ashamed. So I went back and did them. My legs feel like jelly but I'm so much happier with my self now. Thanks for the motivation, everyone!

    Hey Cassey. Could you do a sitting pilates video for the inflexible/ ageing-ish? (definitely not saying old!). I want my parents to incorporate pilates into their fitness routines but I don't see them jumping to do the pilates 100 on a mat anytime soon. I could even squeeze in a sitting workout (pun!) at work if I can get away with it haha. Thanks in advance and love you for all the positivity you infuse in everything you do.

      I was going to ask her to do the same thing! My mom is over 50 and I introduced her to the videos, but she is a little intimidated and thinks she cannot do them. A "senior" workout would be fabulous!

    I'm so glad I discovered your channel. I had lost sixty one pounds before finding your channel, but I still have a muffin top. I had never started working out until around the beginning of summer and doing your additional workout video with my other workouts, I already noticed a big change in my mid section after doing this one time and it has encouraged me to keep going. You are such an inspiration, keep up the great work! :)

      They might seem hard, but you can do it. It is beginner probably even if it doesn't feel like it
