@@Emperorpod3 oh ok because I know there are 3 different types of tripods in war of the worlds. (Exterminator, Uberpod, and Harvester). But I was confused on which was which
the uber pod has a purple and bigger laser it also has 5 more eyes and theres only a few of them. They have tendrils so they might have a cage too and they are bigger
I’ve always wondered what’s inside those pods because I remember in a scene where there was a ton of liquid or blood that came out and then a alien emerged. Anyone got answers or theories??
Uberpod is an upgraded version of a tripod, unlike a tripod who got a rounder head, uberpod got a bigger than flatter head, it also included 2 more extra light so it makes it 5. Uberpod does not have cages or tentacles and is mostly used for killing or extermination.
These Uberpods look more scarier than the Tripod in the first act of the movie. They are not only bigger but they have thick legs and I believe they have a total of 4 legs instead of the regular 3.
The uberpods are higher, have a flat head, purple heatrays, bigger and has 5 eyes/lightbeam things while tripods has blue heatrays, are smaller, their head not flat and they only have 3 eyes. Uberpods are pratically commanders. The aliens made a HUGE mistake leaving the tripods
this comparison itself makes 0 sense because the uberpod is legit an upgraded version of the regular tripod. it would have more battle iq than a regular tripod plus their on the same team. As tripods rise from the water, Spielberg called for a new look for the machines "We developed what we called the 'uber-tripod' look," said Robert Marinic. "These were the generals in the tripod army. They were based on entirely different concept art, so we modeled a more flared-out, wider head, with a lot of shader work too make rivers of water flow off the surface."
Uberpod ( No Shield) VS tripod (No
Shield Saya suka hagu tripods Dan
Uberpods tripod 2005 lama 9 Jan
Malan 👍👍👍😎 Uberpods ( No
Shield ) VS Tripods ( No Shield) tadi
Tripod 2005
emper pod vs tempest pod pls btw emper pod is the king from all
😕
There’s no emperor pod in the lore it’s just fan made anyways to entertainments
Bro stop emperor is not on the movie its just a fanmade thing or smth (no hate lol) And btw did you watch the movie?
I never knew there were different types of pods
I love this!!!
Music : After dark
Yes
TY
Seriously, thank you very much.
I WAS EATING A SANDWICH WITH MAYO WHILE WATCHING THIS LOLLLL
The scene for the upper pod are the best like I watch closely
Putting a regular tripod against the uberpod is like asking a kid to fight his dad
It's not even fair, the uberpod is literally the commander version of the tripod
The War of the Worlds movie is the best I've ever seen in my life.
POV Tom crusie saying no shield at SCP-3008
Best alien movie of all time in my opinion
I think experience goes to Tripod and Battle IQ to the Überpod, after all, the Tripod was used way more by the invaders, while the Überpod was their main weapon of war, they used it in their front lines, expecting similar technology.
My favorite is tripod with tendrills
the speed goes to uberpod actually cause its not about weight but therr engines
so the uberpod takes care and banzai's into a well protected hill in just a minute while the normal pods can be slower than the uberpods but not that slow
The uberpod and the tripod 2005 are the same thing
There's only "two" variants in this movie "confirmed" by the animators. But technically there's three...
- The "Uber-Pod" is the taller one with all the tentacles along with heatrays. It has 5 headlights. (The ones on fire during the Army scene)
- The "Tripod" is a little smaller. Has two heat rays and doesn't have tentacles. It also only has 3 headlights. (The very first one to appear on screen in the film.)
The "harvester" is just a tri-pod with cages and tentacles instead of heatrays. They also have a blood/fertilizer sprayer on them. (The scene where it takes the girl and Tom Cruise and stores them in the cage.)
The book just had the tripods, the “flying machines” and the ones that would dig into the ground
I thought these were the same thing as each other. They both got 3 legs. Death rays. 3 headlights. The same triangle shaped head. They make the same sound. So what's the difference. Tell me in the replies pls idk what the difference is.
Uberpods have thicker, wider heads, stronger heat rays, a more ominous horn and they're bigger, it can do everything the exterminator can (The 1st tripod we encountered) but better.
@@Emperorpod3 oh ok because I know there are 3 different types of tripods in war of the worlds. (Exterminator, Uberpod, and Harvester). But I was confused on which was which
@@Amare_Simmons299 Uberpod has 5 eyes instead of 3
the uber pod has a purple and bigger laser it also has 5 more eyes and theres only a few of them. They have tendrils so they might have a cage too and they are bigger
Underrated movie
I didn't expected that
Me when I see something in a single scene and magically know everything about it:
I remember when I first read WoFW. That was so graphic.
Nice ❤
I’ve always wondered what’s inside those pods because I remember in a scene where there was a ton of liquid or blood that came out and then a alien emerged. Anyone got answers or theories??
good edit
Uberpods are impossible...cant even take them down
unless if they have no shield
@@aluisfar4154yes for sure
@@aluisfar4154even then it would take about 10-15 javelin shots or 1 thermonuclear bomb
What is the name of the song like this in the video?

What is a uberpod? (Piss explain??
PISS EXPLAIN?
piss is a liquid
No the uber pod please answer the question
Uberpod is an upgraded version of a tripod, unlike a tripod who got a rounder head, uberpod got a bigger than flatter head, it also included 2 more extra light so it makes it 5. Uberpod does not have cages or tentacles and is mostly used for killing or extermination.
@@crczmtan9552thank you
@@crczmtan9552 There is no such thing as an uberpod. They're all the same tripod. Some shots just make them look bigger for intimidations sake.
Best edit of wotw
Are you sure?
Both of my favorites tripods
These Uberpods look more scarier than the Tripod in the first act of the movie. They are not only bigger but they have thick legs and I believe they have a total of 4 legs instead of the regular 3.
No, 3.
It's like a General (or Commander) vs a Soldier
Maybe we will be like the tripods one day 🤷♂️
For those asking, the background song is:
After Dark (by Mr. Kitty)
We got uberpod vs tripod before GTA 6 😂😂
Nice 😎👍🏼 2005 tripod
bruh the tripod in uberpod has shield it appears when it gets hit but is like invisible
You would be correct but this is a battle with no shield so its a shorter battle
If there's ever a real life tripid I would run 🏃♂️ for my life
My coolest movie!
Djdjjd😢
Uber pods are kinda like tanks of the tripods.
There's no such thing as an 'uberpod'. They're all just the same Tripod.
Actually there is.
Great content. Awkward execution. My eyes did not know what to look at in this video 😵💫
They look identical.
This just blew my mind....
Name of song used for this video? Thank you!
After Dark
I always thought they were the same machine
After 18 years now I know they're different
wow cool dude😂
Nah I'm pretty sure the Uber pod had a shield.
Fun fact the people had been killed the tripods if the did not have shield
GOODD
Can't believe this is a DreamWorks film. 😅
Wait... There's different types of tripods? Jesus.
I Love THIS movie..I just think more wars of type would have been cool and interesting
Do Uberpod vs manta pod
this comparison itself makes 0 sense because the uberpod is legit an upgraded version of the regular tripod. it would have more battle iq than a regular tripod plus their on the same team.
HELL even the movie itself on the boat scene shows how much more massive this thing is compared to the regular fighting machine.
it is called a warrior tripod for a reason
The tripods aren’t sentient, they have pilots. So what matters more is the pilots experience.
@@forkliftcertifed123i called them cyborgs, i didnt know how to describe them, but they were some part mechanical some part organic, 2 elements of a cyborg, except its not sentient
@@Emperorpod3they aren’t cyborgs its pretty obvious they are certainly flesh and no mechanical parts
@@CASA-dy4vs well their shells i would describe those as, seem non-biological.
@@Emperorpod3 they do seem biological, if it was mechanical the earth borne diseases wouldn’t be able to penetrate it, and if they entered through the respiratory system how did they breathe our atmosphere without being biological
Do eldepod vs tripod

I was thinking that the tripod and uber pod word the same thing
Now i know how to defeat a tripod, thanks 👍
The Uberpods look like they’re about double the size of a regular Tripod (probs around 300ft).
