This is actually better then the Ventrac. I hate to say it but the only the ventrac has on it is the duallys on all 4 instead of 2 for incline control. This is a lot more robust in thr attachments. Like this for instant. The Ventrac comparison is the tough cut and this mulcher is easily 5x better and the design is better suited for the application They are both Great but the Avant is Superior in Cost savings, Value, Quality however is your in the US the parts and attachment are somewhat of a challenge but all things are possible
