Use Stokes' Theorem to Evaluate the Surface Integral

Use Stokes' Theorem to evaluate the surface integral.
When using Stokes' Theorem, the keys are
1. do the opposite integral of whatever is given
2. make sure you've got the right orientation depending on how the surface or the boundary curve is given.
Here the surface is said to be oriented so that the normal vectors have positive x components.
