      Well, I'm in Broward, Florida. I do DD (barely), UE, and IC. I do about $100-$120 in 8-9 hours. 2 days out of this week were ok 3 days horrible. But I'm also not gonna drive empty miles or less than a $1 a mile.
      Thank you for your great videos.

    This time of year you have to start at 6AM when the stores open. Sometimes you’ll get one, sometimes not. Next thing, don’t wait too long for the unicorns. 9 times out of ten, they’re not coming and the small ones add up when it’s slow. Thirdly, be prepared. Food, coffee, charged phone, charger, get out of the car and stretch in between.

      It is a good idea to prep the food. The only drawback is if it's warm food. Like if you eat hot oatmeal. A thermos helps, but those cool over time. So ideally, you do it in the morning.

    Yo bro happy you uploaded🔥 How long do you wait at a store before moving?
    Usually the max amount of time I’ve waited to get a good one is 45min. If I wait for 45 min just to get a 15 and the batches I saw before that were small I’d do the 15 and go to another store.
    If I wait 30 minutes without seeing 0 batches from the store I’m at I’ll dip. If there’s volume I’ll stick around for 45 minutes.
    Also this week I worked a lot and noticed firsthand that stores rotate shoppers. Some days you’ll see the good ones at Costco some days you’ll be getting good ones at Ralph’s, Publix etc…
    Super important to find out where you stand early in the day so you don’t waste time and plan accordingly

    • @Gig_DollarMan
      @Gig_DollarMan  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes! You’re totally right on the level of priority they give us at different stores. I try not to wait for more than 1 hour in the same place. But sometimes it’s slow everywhere so it’s the same anywhere I go. So will probably wait until I get an order anyway regardless of how long it takes bc the volume is just dead at Costco/publix, etc. Stay motivated my friend!

    I live in the Sacramento area of California and I was getting decent orders when I started in April and then they fell off by the time mid-May rolled around and I've had to go down south to the Bay area where I know I'm going to see batches and what I do is I'll go to Vacaville or someplace like that and do local work for the day and then there's always Walmart because the Walmart's there aren't with spark so they do drops going up north back to where I live all day and into the part of the night so I'll finish up with one of the Walmart drops and then that pays for my gas going back and that's the way I've been able to do it but still it's still really slow. another reason why it's slow is for instance my daughter works for the schools and she gets the summer off and doesn't get paid so people like her they can't order anything in the summertime because they're not getting that steady paycheck for a couple of months. also those same people that aren't getting the study paycheck are using their Instacart app to make ends meet doing batches along with the rest of us so that sends out the work too. multi-apping is great accepting my area no one else is hiring and the only reason why I have instacart is because I brought it with me from North Carolina where I used to live. out here it's over saturated with shoppers none of the apps are hiring I'm on a waiting list for everything so suggesting multi-apping doesn't really make sense for a lot of us who live in areas that are saturated with shoppers and gig workers in general.

    @DTowns19 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Pretty much everything you said is what I repeat to myself every day. The only thing that's aggravating is DD prioritized me for shop and pay(even tho I opted out) and im burned out by shopping all day. I just want instacart for shopping, and dd for food.

    Couple more questions for ya man. Do you think chasing Diamond cart us worth it? Since the period resets monday I'm thinking about going for it. Any tips or tricks to getting that asap? Do you do shop only order? I watch all your vids and have learned a lot from them so thanks for that!

      Absolutely worth it, specially in a highly competitive area that has a lot of shoppers. Go for it if you can!

    • @MaryMartinez-xt5eb
      @MaryMartinez-xt5eb หลายเดือนก่อน

      chasing diamond cart is definitely worth it I started Instacart in April and became diamond Cart at the end of May I hustled my butt off and did all the orders that I needed to qualify but I took anything that moved. and it has helped a lot but the only thing is if you are diamond cart you have to keep your rating above a n
      4.97 If you can't keep your rating that high it doesn't matter because you won't see the good batches even though you have priority access. but yeah diamond card is definitely worth it because if you can't get batches in your home zone you can do what I do and drive down south and you'll get the good priority batches. most people don't qualify for diamond cart because they're still really picky about what they'll take and they get caught up in the hole crap about trash orders and stuff I never did that I took everything. another thing about diamond cart is you get cheap oil changes I only paid $39 for an oil change that was going to cost like $150 so there are perks for sure with chasing it.

    Another tip gig man when a batch is offered intially only 2 people get to see it before it starts to show others. Out of hundreds of batches when my partner and i both see a batch never once do both of us miss it not once. In fact there was a time where we both had 4 batches shoot on our screen we both went after a 70 i got it so he went back to the que and got a 100. Guess what that 70 and that 100 were on both of our screens at the same time. We screen record everything thats how i know i was offered the batch as well.
    How does this help ?? Well if you and your wife are at costco the algorithm can offer only you 2 a banger instead of you and someone else your essentially potentially eliminating competition. If only you were there she wouldnt be a potential suitor for the 2nd person😉

    • @Gig_DollarMan
      @Gig_DollarMan  หลายเดือนก่อน

      We rarely get offered the same orders, specially at Costco. That used to happen a lot back in 21-22 over here. Now days it seems like IC always puts us on different groups. At Publix happens a lot more that either of us can take an order from the other but many times either she will see it and not me or viceversa.

  • @zookini
    @zookini หลายเดือนก่อน

    The store doesn’t get slow, you stop getting the offer.

    • @Gig_DollarMan
      @Gig_DollarMan  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Both things happen, believe it or not. IC is not steady all year long with the same consistent bangers every day, every hour. Yes, they stop showing you quality sometimes but the reality is that it’s just much slower haha
