I have a new technique idea if this was a business: I would use Zbrush, or Muddbox for the sculpt. 3d print or cnc on styrofoam, attach to wall, cover with putty, paint, charge client & repeat. 1. Advantage = that its lighter, the material will not be as heavy on the wall. 2. Sculpts can be edited and reprinted to sell to multiple clients if so desired. 3. Artist can achieve consistency by using zbrush, cnc, or 3d print, thus increasing quality. 4. A website can be built to contain a gallery of all the artist work and customers can choose the artists for their walls. 5. If clients fall in love with previous work, its only a click away. 6. History & time will be in the favor of this business as it attracts new artist, instead of working against you. It would truly be sad if artists like DrywallNation just dies or physically over time won't be able to make this product when they reach old age. 7. Revenu can be shared or payed out to the artist like a dividend if the art sells. Anyone have any thoughts on this, or want to make this happen?

When I was a kid for a couple summers I was a drywall taper. As an adult my profession has been some medium in art. I never thought of combining the two. I really enjoyed watching you create your work. It’s was wonderful. Thank you for posting.

I was just laying down to rest and random thoughts of what I'd like to do to my walls. Not traditional , my dream scapes on the walls and thought of sheet rock as a medium and mud.
