While the part is held down it’s sealed up tight. When you release the parts a little bit of coolant can try to creep in but you just blow it away from the suction hole. If a little gets in, it is no big deal. The coolant passes right through and is essentially self cleaning. One could every once in a while let a little cleaner like simple green pass through to keep the passage from build up.
I don’t have the cad model up anywhere but they will promptly provide one after purchase if you ask them. I found it easy enough before purchase to make a model of the outside dimensions provided on their website to prepare. Thanks, Dave
Do you have any complaints about the noise the system makes? Seems like its not much louder than the machine while its running, but its a bit hard to tell in the video. Thanks!
It’s a bit loud when the machine doors are open, but when the doors are closed and running it didn’t seem to bother me. If you pull the trigger on a blow gun about a 1/4 of the way, that will give you a good idea of the noise level. Thanks for the question! -Dave
Awesome video and much appreciated! Thanks for posting. - JP
JP,
Thanks for making a fantastic product and being a positive influence to entrepreneurs in the machining industry.

Loved the Skateboard Fail at the end, couldn’t help but to LOL, hope that didn’t hurt too bad.
Laughter was intended. I fall hard these days. No serious injury on that one. Only my pride.
@@nubtools glad to hear you sustained no Injuries. I also fall hard these days. Lol
Amazing
Thanks!
Are there any gaskets in the base that need to be maintained?
Not that I know of
How do you stop the coolant from getting sucked in, and eventually gumming up the vacuum pump?

@@nubtools when you say "pass through" you're talking a little bit of the coolant passing through the vac pump and out the exhaust?
Exactly
Automatic coolant separator can stop coolant getting into the vacuum pump.th-cam.com/video/jpuxCfypWoc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=uErQIDW9WZ03xDaT
do you happen to have CAD model for their vacuum chuck somewhere?

@Nub, What model CNC Mill do you have?
