    Thanks for this post. I love kayaking and this kayak looks easy to tranfer into.
    We need to pressure them as a community to renove the step. We have to advocate for each other. and kayaking in mpls and is not accessible. I am aging and can’t drag myself on the ground.

    hey! Do you have normal trunk control?! Do you have a spinal cord injury? If so, how bad was your injury?! My husband's injury is T5 and I'm afraid he won't be able to row

    How do you lift ur butt up so high without using your legs? Also when i try to put my legs up like knee bent my legs keep falling back down

      Leg positioning as a huge part of ground to chair transfers. Having shows on helps create friction so your feet stay planted. Leverage is another factor. When I start to lift you’ll see my head lean forward and down. Doing this helps lift your butt higher. It’s a lot of arms, chest and upper back doing the work.
