We had planned to post videos everyday this week but with he Hurricane on Wednesday we may be off for a day or two depending on power outages and the damage is does. We will have one more vid tomorrow before the storm, but it looks like it's going to hit us head on.

Wow, I can’t believe (actually I can 😉) that you have been running a stock, non SFI bell housing on Leroy all these years. Also amazed that you were able to pass tech at all the races you went to. Glad you are finally getting a proper piece in there. An exploding clutch is no joke. The disc(s) can fly out like an unleashed saw taking out everything (feet, legs) in their path.
After getting caught up on the original Leroy videos it's crazy to see how much he has changed!

Mirrored turbos just means more parts to replace on race weeks. The less they have to carry the better. That's why they didn't go with them I the past

Leroy won't be a drag and drive car anymore, that's Mullet's job now.
The main reason why they probably won’t do mirrored is you then need to keep 2 replacement turbos on hand incase of failure instead of just 1.

They are deleteting the radiator and it will run on Methanol no more street car so there will be no more drag and drive events for Leroy
Honestly now that he has a dedicated race week car in mullet all taking leroy to drag and drive events would do is cause headaches at other events due to the wear and tear on a car that is notoriously brutal already
I 100% guarantee that Leroy will be back on the streets for a drag and drive.
I know Cleetus said no radiator and race car only, but you can’t keep Leroy off race week. Cleetus will miss him.

Leroy is still my favorite he is just the og beast. Someday I'll be able to get a milder version of his transmission for my cts so I can put my lq9 in lol. Love the complete line up. Keep up the great work and have fun.

If It were my shop? Id be grabbing the forklift and pulling that dyno up out of the pit and putting it up on blocks. That pit floods you can write that unit off. Especially with the Lake Manitee reservoir and watershed right across the street.
Is it safe for the fuel tank to be right at the front of the nose?
90% of drag cars have it there you don’t see it because they have a body

Sounds like bell housing needs two holes one for nut recover and the other for adjusting clutch but why I thought this was going to be a race car so why not auto with overdrive transmission? make it faster overall in the Quarter mile.

Part of what made the car soo cool was that it was a "street car" . I know it's gonna be faster, It's just a bummer it won't do drag and drive events.

HOLDS 4 QTs oil at 6 lbs pressure for
prelube till u start it up.
Then returns to tank.

I am surprised that turbos don't get made as left and right mirror opposites. It'd make for some really clean installs.
They exist but you would need a spare of each plus availability etc. it’s not worth the hassle this car needs to run when it needs to run. Beauty isn’t whet this is about

So the big wreck wasn't Kevin's fault after all, the Dale truck shedding the crank bolt, shock fluid and boom tube shrapnel might have been the cause!
How come you don’t purge the cold side with argon when welding the intake? Won’t that cause slag and impurities to collect on the inside?
