Hi, when u submit the LTSVP forms, if everything is complete the officer will ask u to pay the security deposit online. After that u need to print out the receipt and go back to JIM to verify and then pay the visa & process fees and wait for 3 hrs to collect ur LTSVP sticker. Hi, the Extract of Marriage Register - Payment: RM50. Application is made using Form JPNKC09 at JPN office (Carian/ Cabutan Daftar Perkahwinan). You can get it from the JPN branch where your marriage registration took place. If the marriage was registered abroad, you have to get it from JPN Putrajaya. you can probably ask the immigration officer in Penang first.

I mean money flow in and out the bank. Just showing the amount of money that enter the account total rm2000 right? So for the bank statement it is ok that there's money flowing out, but the company accounts/ income statement will show the financial status properly.

It is better to have someone with a steady income as the sponsor. You need a letter explaining that you're staying in your parents house. I think you should go to the immigration office, you can ask the officer directly as well as to get all the forms.

The duration of stay depends on the type of visa he gets. Whether or not the 6 month cooling period is required is case by case basis, you have to check with the immigration officer.
May I know "sponsor" can be myself? Or is it a third party like (my mother or my brother)? I am Malaysian, my wife is foreigner. My salary is above RM2K

EP category 1 - Need to resign and cancel EP before applying LTSVP - I was informed that the processing time (90days). In my case I submitted application 2nd week of October 2022 -Penang seberang jaya. Had to come back to check status 3 times. Ltsvp was only issued last week (validity only 3 months) and actual processing time was more than 5 months. You wont be allowed to work until they issued you 1yr validity on your next renewal. I guess it's best to ask them directly, try Immigration Department in Putrajaya

Yes the online system ePLSi is only for renewal, and the Surat akuan has to be certified by Commissioner of Oaths

You need a letter explaining that you're staying in your parents house.
I think you should go to the immigration office, you can ask the officer directly as well as to get all the forms.

The duration of stay depends on the type of visa he gets. Whether or not the 6 month cooling period is required is case by case basis, you have to check with the immigration officer.

- Need to resign and cancel EP before applying LTSVP
- I was informed that the processing time (90days). In my case I submitted application 2nd week of October 2022 -Penang seberang jaya. Had to come back to check status 3 times.
Ltsvp was only issued last week (validity only 3 months) and actual processing time was more than 5 months. You wont be allowed to work until they issued you 1yr validity on your next renewal.
I guess it's best to ask them directly, try Immigration Department in Putrajaya
