That's one of the reasons I was glad that you shared the camera type recently, Gabe...I'm into that cinematography as well and I've noticed Benn has been using some type of filters on his lenses for a bit now. I thought it was funny he used some reverb to speak over it, like he was in a cult...or maybe that was his custom comb filter? ;)

Thank you for putting this synth on my radar with this love letter of a video, Benn. I went to a music store the other day, saw it hanging on the wall, tried it out and fell completely and utterly in love with the Polybrute. Arturia just took anything good that has ever been made in a synth since the 70s, put it in a box and added a huge 64 slots modulation matrix. This synth is a future legend, it’s good to see a company take a risk with something new instead of just try to replicate a vintage synth like so many companies are doing now.

If Behringer steal this like they did with keystep I'm going to destroy that company Reddit style. This is safe to say as this is a far to complex thing for them to clone and Behringer is all about quantity and bad taste over quality and style anyway.
Just wrote this here because I like to mention what a bs company Barfinger is wherever it fits.

But looking back now, that's exactly why they're hitting the jackpot so well right now. They came from tiny focussed vst's, to highly streamlined DAW, to style experimentalism, to vst in a hardware box, to best-of-show-4-years-in-a-row MIDI controller, to full synth package with all the bells and whistles.
And they deserve the praise. All of it.

Really enjoyed that man...as a direct result of you enjoying it...you were smiling almost the whole time is a joyous way.
Great description regarding Arturia making things that feel like instruments and not high end pieces of audio gear.
I look forward to your future shows.

I love my Polybrute. I wish they would make an add on Module to increase the Voices to a 12 Voice - maybe in the ODD / EVEN Mode...

Wow Benn, the X3! My very 1st synth. Still use it (occasionally) and partner it with the WaveState. Loved your PolyB review. For me, its the PolyB or the UDO Super 6. Two very different synths, but both are (IMO) fantastic instruments. I may eventually flip a coin, cause at this point I go back and forth on a daily basis. The PolyB (while only 6 voices) is a monster. Six voices never stopped the OB or Prophet 6!

Now Benn’s voice out of subconscious space will live in my head. But I’m ok with it.

Great job, this video demonstrates the unique morph elements of the synth in such a easy understandable way and transmits the joy of playing. And I love in this case that you are subjective to a degree here :-)

honestly I think comparing it to Roland or Korg is a disservice. This is closer to the Moog One.

I've had the Polybrute on order for over four months, it's been delayed 5 times but tracking says it is on the way just customs inspection holding things up then I'll be lost in this wonderful soundscape forever...

The sounds you make sound nicer than other demos I've heard. I'm considering getting this. I keep seeing people's reactions to this synth that are similar to yours.
