1) तुलसी अर्क के 4-5 बून्द एक ग्लास पानी में या 7-8 बून्द एक लीटर पानी में डाल कर उस जल को पीना चाहिए। इससे पेयजल विष् और रोगाणुओं से मुक्त होकर स्वास्थवर्धक पेय हो जाता है ।
2) तुलसी अर्क २०० से अधिक रोगो में लाभदायक है । जैसे के फ्लू , स्वाइन फ्लू, डेंगू , जुखाम , खासी , प्लेग, मलेरिया , जोड़ो का दर्द, मोटापा, ब्लड प्रेशर , शुगर, एलर्जी , पेट के कीड़ो , हेपेटाइटिस , जलन, मूत्र सम्बन्धी रोग, गठिया , दम, मरोड़, बवासीर , अतिसार, आँख का दर्द , दाद खाज खुजली, सर दर्द, पायरिया नकसीर, फेफड़ो सूजन, अल्सर , वीर्य की कमी, हार्ट ब्लोकेज आदि ।
3) तुलसी एक बेहतरीन विष नाशक है यह शरीर के विष (toxins ) को बाहर निकलती है ।

8) आग के जलने व किसी जहरीले कीड़े के कांटने से तुलसी को लगाने से विशेष रहत मिलती है।
9) दमा व खाँसी में तुलसी के दो बुँदे थोड़े से अदरक के रास तथा शहद के साथ मिलकर सुबह - दोपहर - शाम सेवन करे।
10) यदि मुँह में से किसी प्रकार की दुर्गन्ध आती हो तो तुलसी के एक बूँद मुँह में डाल ले दुर्गन्ध तुरंत दूर हो जाएगी।
11) दांत का दर्द, दांत में कीड़ा लगना , मसूड़ों में खून आना तुलसी के 4-5 बूँदे पानी में डालकर कुल्ला करना चाहिए |
12) कान का दर्द, कान का बहना, पंच तुलसी हल्का गरम करके एक -एक बूंद कान में टपकाए।
13) नाक में पिनूस रोग हट जाता है, इसके अतिरिक्त फोड़े - फुंसिया भी निकल आती है, दोनों रोगो में बहुत तकलीफ होती है I तुलसी को हल्का सा गरम करके एक - एक बूंद नाक में टपकाएं।
14) गले में दर्द, गले व मुँह में छाले , आवाज़ बैठ जाना : तुलसी के 4-5 बूँदे गरम पानी में डालकर कुल्ला करना चाहिए।
15) सर दर्द, बाल झड़ना, बाल सफ़ेद होना व डैंड्रफ में तुलसी की 8 -10 मि.ली। हेयर आयल के साथ मिलाकर सर, माथे तथा कनपटियो पर लगाये।
16) तुलसी के 8-10 बूँदे मिलकर शरीर में मलकर रात्रि में सोये , मच्छर नहीं काटेंगे।
17) कूलर के पानी में श्री तुलसी के 8-10 बूँदे डालने से सारा घर विषाणु और रोगाणु से मुक्त हो जाता है, तथा मक्खी - मच्छर भी घर से भाग जाते है।
18) जूएं व लिखे पंच तुलसी और नीबू का रस समान मात्रा में मिलाकर सर के बालो में अच्छे तरह से लगाये I 3-4 घंटे तक लगा रहने दे। और फिर धोये अथवा रात्रि को लगाकर सुबह सर धोए।। जुएं व लिखे मर जाएगी।
19) त्वचा की समस्या में निम्बू रास के साथ पंच तुलसी के 4-5 बूँदे डालकर प्रयोग करे।
20) तुलसी में सुन्दर और निरोग बनाने की शक्ति है। यह त्वचा का कायाकल्प कर देती है I यह शरीर के खून को साफ करके शरीर को चमकीला बनती है।
21) सफ़ेद दाग : 10 मि.लि. तेल व नारियल के तेल में 20 बूँदें पंच तुलसी डालकर सुबह व रात सोने से पहले अच्छी तरह से मले।
22) तुलसी के नियमित उपयोग से कोलेस्ट्रोल का स्तर कम होने लगता है, रक्त के थक्के जमने कम हो जाते है, व हार्ट अटैक और कोलैस्ट्रोल की रोकथाम हो जाती है।
23) तुलसी को किसी भी अच्छी क्रीम में मिला कर लगाने से प्रसव के बाद पेट पर बनने वाले लाइने ( स्ट्रेच मार्क्स ) दूर हो जाते है।
