I was stressing over my repetitive sin, not knowing what to do about it. Thinking that I should distance myself away from God (like how we distance ourselves when we had a fight with other people), feeling embarrassed to face God again, like how God might be mad at me. Then, listening to this song, it reminded me, 'God is merciful'. It's like God tells me, 'I love you'. Then I was brought to tears, how could I instill such false image about God like that. I rarely share my embarrassing story with other people, but it feels like I should. God bless you all.

Okay God is officially scary and amazing. For some reason this song popped out as I was scrolling through the videos below another song I was listening too. It describes exactly what I’ve been feeling and doing the last few days. Literally less than 20 minutes ago I was listing why I should walk away from my insulin pump and cgm that literally keep me alive and why I hate my chronic autoimmune disease (T1D). Praying has felt like throwing pennies in a wishing well the last few days. I’m facing a future full to the brim of question marks. Okay lord, I surrender (again...). I don’t have to have all the answers cause you hold my heart, my blood sugar, my future, my family, everything. I’m covered by your amazing grace. Help me to live on that promise, Jesus. Amen.

I was stressing over my repetitive sin, not knowing what to do about it. Thinking that I should distance myself away from God (like how we distance ourselves when we had a fight with other people), feeling embarrassed to face God again, like how God might be mad at me. Then, listening to this song, it reminded me, 'God is merciful'. It's like God tells me, 'I love you'. Then I was brought to tears, how could I instill such false image about God like that.

It describes exactly what I’ve been feeling and doing the last few days.
Literally less than 20 minutes ago I was listing why I should walk away from my insulin pump and cgm that literally keep me alive and why I hate my chronic autoimmune disease (T1D).
Praying has felt like throwing pennies in a wishing well the last few days.
I’m facing a future full to the brim of question marks.
Okay lord, I surrender (again...). I don’t have to have all the answers cause you hold my heart, my blood sugar, my future, my family, everything. I’m covered by your amazing grace. Help me to live on that promise, Jesus. Amen.
