I have this game on Xbox One. I’m new to the Crash Bandicoot series and I’m still on the first game. Watching this walkthrough gives me a heads up of what I’m supposed to do. I kept getting upset because I failed many times but failing is apart of learning. Other than that, I love and enjoy this game very much.
This is my favourite walkthrough of Crash! Even though you didn't go for 100% (I think you should comeback and do the rest though!) I'm so happy that I finally found a walkthrough that doesn't use Coco in every possible level... Crash is the main character and for some odd reason I found him better to play than Coco (she seems to fall more odd in the environment, it's weird to explain).
I do like this walkthrough unlike others who didn't obtain any gems just skim through it. I still have to finish watching to see does this walkthrough shows how to obtain keys and relics as well as gems.
I still have my original PSX with Original Crash Bandicoot Warped (the best and most extensive imo) and its still so beautiful... gave you the free roam vibe
I kept dying near the end of Native Fortress at 19:26 so I watched this to see what I was doing wrong. I can't believe I didn't notice that ledge you can wait on after hitting the second bouncing platform lol
This looks amazing and all, but it just doesn't seem worth it. I am a master bandicoot player who obtained all gems and relics before he was 10, and I don't see a challenge or reason to play here. Even today, I don't play Crash and go "you know, this game would be better with modern graphics", it's still just an excellent game. This seems more like something newbies should play and veterans will casually beat in a couple hours. Which is fine, but where is the challenge? I think Oddworld is the perfect remake. It goes beyond just having updated graphics, it fixes all of the previous control and screen issues of the original. The game is familiar and levels are overall unchanged, but it still a feels like a whole new game. These Crash games just look better, load faster and Crash has a bit more speed. It looks fun, but as a die hard Crash fan, I think I have already beaten this game. Again, if you didn't play Crash as a kid, then pick this shit up because it is one of the best platforms ever made! I won't buy this, but i'm glad Crash is back in some way or another.
