I hoped that you have extensively surveyed market & thus inform good estimated expenditure... such as estimated price for bricks, cement, iron , wood, sand, payment towards transportation of material, plumber, electrician, carpenter mason charges etc. But video is by and large focused on land price & roughly calculated construction expenditure. I mean, actual estimated charges to be incurred per square feet. at present, for construction of average type, medium type , superior lavish type cottage/house. I request you, please make a video based on discussions with professionals + based on market survey. I am sure that such a video will largely help people who aspire to construct house/cottage in the areas detailed by you. Presumably for the areas as pointed by your good self, most of the material is arranged & transported from Haldwani City thanks for your video. Best of Luck dear.
