I didn’t know that was all necessary but seems to be a good idea. Mine has gotten seasoned now from use. The first foods I cooked on it were quite dull. Now food is tasting better. I should have done this first.

Spraying canola oil on the inside of my stainless steel monument grill ruined it - completely discolored now. I wish I never saw this video.
