In addition, I didn't know which screws went where, until I saw your video..You helped me figure it out, because the installation instructions were confusing and lacked discripted guidiance. Humm 🤔 Mine has a calorie burning counter, and also it detects how many exercises completed. In addition, a cylindrical type piston underneath the seat...I need to figure out how to install the piston. 🤯

I'm thinking of purchasing but I can't tell you how many gym pieces I've ended up giving away. I want an all round fitness piece and hope it works. Is it easy to fold and put away under a bed?

Thanks Roger. You are correct the instructions are not clear and a photo would be helpful. Your video helped a lot as I was stuck on one part, the assembly of the vertical tube.I noted that mine is a later model than the one you have and of course it is built more cheaply than yours, if that's possible.You are a real bullshit artist which made the video entertaining.
Mine didn't but it was a good clothes horse before I took it to the charity shop. It would probably work if you used it on a regular basis and ate a sensible diet.
In case you only need to replace egg whites, I can recommend chickpea water. Add a little cream of tartar and Bob's your uncle there’s frothy meringue for toi

Io ho preso da 2 settimane la versione originale del Total crunch, e ha parte granché graffio e un buco sul manuale d'uso e sulla scatola (probabilmente dovuto agli urti nel camion di trasporto), devo dire che montando lo con calma, Mi sono poi trovata un buon attrezzo, robusto per i miei 56 kg, ed è abbastanza faticoso! Ho 60 anni e non sono particolarmente in forma ma in queste due settimane ho notato maggior tono e definizione muscolare, un giro vita più snello di due tre cm. E più forza nelle braccia 😅... Ho iniziato con pochissimi minuti al giorno naturalmente, e sto aumentando gradualmente il numero delle vogate e del tempo, perché poi il lavoro sui muscoli lo senti che fanno male... Sono convinta che con costanza otterrò grandi risultati.

That box was ridiculous for one broom. My Mum's house is coming on nicely. The kitchen should be finished by now and I think she's getting the bedrooms decorated and carpeted soon.

I've had a flatpack IKEA wardrobe on the go for about 18 months (my dad is helping me now, we are getting there, lol)
