Sandra the new makeup look is so pretty on you. Just gorgeous. Who knew us fair cool gals could go that way. The beautiful Melissa55 who has my coloring has two versions she switches around. Warm and cool. She looks great in both. I am going to try it out…..because seeing how soft you look, and fresh. That’s for me. Thanks judy

Love the bright embroidery on your peasant top. The orange really looks great on you and kind of gives you a little lift. Not sure it will work with my coloring but I will try it. Thanks❣️
I didn’t think it would work with mine either. But it brings some life and sparkle to the face. Give it a try.
Genius screwdriver idea - that, along with the lipstick storage thingy you showed on Insta are on my must have list! Completely agree about stories - stream of consciousness writing is not my bag. Also, beautiful lippy ❤

@@SandraSallin May I ask where you purchased it.? I’m a natural blonde/ now getting white lol and blue eyes, I always stayed away from pinks, until now and always looking for bright, summer blouses.

I've got arthritis and weak fingers- ha! I keep a pair of pliers in kitchen to grab pull tabs and open bottles. Expandable mini back scratcher used to retrieve items under bed ot tables.
The back of lowest cabinets are a no-go. I put basket down there to corral small items. Just pull the basket out. We have to adapt. Am adding as screwdriver to my makeup bag.
Whoa, I’m adding pliers. After spinal surgery I bought a grabber for picking up stuff. It’s great also. But you’re right I need pliers. My husband needs to help me pull stuff. I guess I need a whole tool kit in the kitchen. 😂

Very pretty orange. Color goes nicely with your darling embroidered blouse. I like more of the coral color on me during spring/summer and the wine colors during the colder weather. Thanks for the tip on the small screw driver..very handy. I too struggle with those tab tops. Anyway, it was good to see you again and that life is good. Thanks for sharing. 🌷

Thank you Sandra I love all the make up I was a redhead so I have always wore Orange and coral and I am also a cool makeup person. I have read all Rosamond Pilsners books her son also writes but not has good. It seems to me I am not sure she had a tragic death. I could have used a screwdriver to open my Mac powder the other day.Thanks for the tip. Bea

Amazon sells the greatest gadget silicone hand 6 in 1 jar and soda opener. I use it everyday for something even opening new jars of moisturizer etc. It's so great for soda cans too. $5.00

The shell seekers by Rosamunde Pilcher is one of my all time favorites. I go back for a re-read every couple of years.
I’m going to put it on my kindle so I’ve always got it available.
The screw driver is a great tip! Love your favorites always! My mom loved that book The Shell Seekers. I am not sure if I've read it, but I think I will re-read. She always said she liked a beginning, a middle and an end (like you) and I agree! I think some writers think it's more interesting to go back and forth in time, but I don't like it. The peach/orange color is so nice for summer. I always wear pink, but I am now exploring orange!🧡

You are a fabulous lady. I live in UK and love all the information you provide. My hair is lighter white than your softer grey but I'm thinking of trying more coral makeup as look too rosy with pinks. Nars Torrid blush is lovely and you might like Bobbi Brown Coral Sugar too. Very pretty and delicate for fair skin. Look forward to your next video.

I’m going in for MOHS surgery on my nose this month and my dermatologist says be sure to be kind to yourself and rest and take care of myself like I would have done for my children when my kids were little and sick. Sweet. And I will -you heal faster if you treat yourself kindly 😍
I like your sunscreen recommendations, but the one bad thing about expensive sunscreen is people don’t use enough of it because they’re trying to “save it”. You have to use 3 finger lengths or 1/4 teaspoon for just your face and neck. Décolleté and ears require additional. And I use a separate one for body, back of neck etc. I go through a lot of sunscreen and the most important thing is to get one that you can use and enjoy, and that won’t break the bank! $69 is out of my budget.. and I’ve seen people do demonstrations with tinted sunscreen and they just use little dots! Definitely no protection! This is my third skin cancer surgery and it is no joke. I’m 76 and very fair… the years of living at the beach did me no favors now! 😢 My dermatologist is adamant about adequate amounts of sunscreen!

You’re right about sunscreen. But I simply do t go into the sun. I’ve had about 40 surgeries on my face, neck, ears and now my hand. It all came from X-ray treatments as a teenager. I’ve never loved the sun. I use this sunscreen for everyday around the house, market abd places like that. I always wear a hat if I’m at the beach or somewhere sunny. Yes, it really takes a few days to recover. It takes a lot out if you. As I said I use it on my face and use a less expensive sunscreen on ny body. The important thing is to be aware and stay out of the sun. Also be aware of your head.

I gotta tell you, first I look forward to your videos. I have to add to your orange lipstick, you have great white teeth so this doesn't apply to you. But if you have yellow in your skin and or teeth the orange will emphasize it. Even if you have crooked or stained teeth, orange will make it look worse..... With that said, you do NOT have that problem!!!! I also find women of color can wear almost any color! They are very lucky....
Where very pale ladies have a hard time with very bright lipstick. But that's what makes life interesting..

Thanks for commenting. I whiten my teeth with Crest white strips. It’s not natural. How about more corals. There’s pink there. I think it just takes guts or blot your lips 👄 👍
