"Summer night city" was composed in 1978, to pay homage to its capital city Stockholm
hence are the images of this and all the official ABBA videos
(only exception: "Chiquitita" in the Alpine area of ​​Switzerland)
I think this video was shot in 'real time'
I mean, the ABBA members went to a disco night, including the next sunrise
(the couple of the brunette Frida & Benny were the most nocturnal and energetic, in contrast to the more familiar of blonde Agnetha & Björn)
the musical rhythm is influenced by the success of BEE GEES with the soundtrack of the film "Saturday Night Fever"
Unfortunately they did not include it in the compilation album "ABBA Gold" (1992)
