And still ….. sometimes. I do know though, that the soul I am is and was allways there, in me, to guide me through these “dark nights of the soul”. Grateful you have come to terms with your situation. But please understand what he does say about pain’s purpose in our lives. I also am in excruciating pain, but finally benefiting from it, rather than just suffering. Honestly I couldn’t take any more suffering, but now the suffering is diminished by understanding its purpose so now I focus more on the gains, not the pain. It’s ok to die, but make sure you are ready and not just giving up because you are stuck and not knowing how to make use of your situation. Few days back I lost my beloved precious cat Sweety tragically. I am still mourning. It's a great loss to me. If I had been 100% percent alert that day I would not have lost her. By going away from my life my Sweety has taught me the greatest lessons of my life......to be patient......to be calm......to be silent......to be at peace with myself. However, I'm a 72-year-old "solo senior" (someone with no living family and no local friends, close neighbor relationships, etc.) Someone both alone (often good/fine for reflection/introspection) and lonely (a hunger for more human connection and companionship than is available). I found this video, like many other serious TH-cam videos I watch to assist me in my growth and change, seem to be geared to much younger people, those with much more time to (finally!) understand the past, function in the present, and have a substantial likely future to look forward to. While our souls are immortal, our 3D "shells" are very mortal, very fragile, and as we age we enter a new stage of life in which many options are unavailable.
