Glad I didn't because I travel often and I just got rid of a printer due to clogged heads; and me trying to clean it and got solution all inside the printer. Ink jet it is for me. Also, I have an older brother laser printer and it has lasted many years. the yield says 2000pages on a cartridge, I get 3000 usually but I turned off the low toner yield in the firmware, and same with the drum. I get an extra 30+% yield. I do occasionally blow it clean outside with a leaf blower, and I use a lower dpi because its usually draft text.
get the BROTHER printer. I've had mine for 5 years, and I bought a refurbished one. best printer I have ever had. the toner cartage last a long time. the toner that came with the printer lasted over 2 years. I ten bought a larger toner cartage and I have not had to replace it in 3 years.
I wont buy any ink jet anytime so far i just hate them dont work if you print 30 dokuments at once it takes 3 years and then its not fully dried out and it smears for me i had a ink jet the longest 2 yearst or so and my brother laser printer 6year no problem at all for me also the printhead start clogg if not in use for 1 week and couple days and its a headache to get it running after that so for me ill take laser also did you had the qualaty on your brother to high bc mine dosent make such thinks. biggest real difference is one is a laser printer that won't have it's ink dry out on you between uses and so will 'just work' every time while the Epson is an ink jet and will always cause print issues on the seldom print jobs most people actually do. Ie. you still have plenty of ink but it doesn't work.
The sales page on screen says 300 page yield. Not 3000. Also th e video is some of the weirdest stuff I've seen. Was this AI images? Why would an ink jet get made president? Why is there a text story about an inkjet printer winning the presidency?
