It is not weird reason.. The reason he shared is a very valid real world issue and comes after drive experience... why no one else till now thought about this? Because they accepted to adjust to the issue.. but he shared the issue so that everyone else learns and changes their decision.. also people have to test drive before buying.
We have the top model of new baleno which was purchased in 2023 January..... it's july 2024 now, driven 20,000 kms....even I learned driving with this car only, and now I drive it for long stretches like 300-400 km often..... I have to say it got the best comfort in its segment, all passengers enjoy the rides....from city to villages, from valleys to hilly roads, this car never disappointed me❤️

I agree with you that visibility is very less from front windshield and pillars. Also, your point is correct that distance between IRVM and music system is very less. I have also purchased BALENO in February this year. Car is superb otherwise. I have 25 years of driving experience under my belt, so it's not an issue for me. But, yes any new one driving this car may face issues with visibility.
Hi bro, even I have bought Baleno alpha 2024 June, the problem you are facing will be answered only in alpha as it has 360 cam..... when ever I take turns in tight spaces such as while parking or taking out from tight parking spaces I switch on the 360 cam.... on cam it clearly shows the LHS and RHS with sensors to tell u how close you are to the object... I use the cameras black spot as the last inch as a reference.... I have no problem with it....

I own a baleno alpha and i have no issues. Especially with the 360 camera, parallel parking is so easy.. The issues that you have stated are very minor. Practice will make you perfect. I learnt driving in my fathers old diesel fiat without power steering.. Slowly upgrading to power steering and floor gear was a big issue for me but i practiced and got over it.. The issues which you have mentioned are so minor.

I got one in 2022, reached to the decision to buy after I had a test drive of i20, Altroz and city Gen 4. Baleno and Glanza were superior in terms of city comfort and features that we need on a day to day basis. The 360 deg camera works like a charm for bonnet visibility issues. We chose the Baleno over Glanza as there was only 1 Toyota showroom near to house as compared to 4 Nexa showrooms.
Yes, what you said is the fact. there is another issue is if you raise the seat level, head almost hits the roof for even 5.5ht person and driver eye level goes above the windshield.

I have driven Baleno and the problem i faced was visibility issue with it's smaller windshield, and the rear view mirror is positioned lower which eats up a good amount of visibility again for taller drivers.

No doubt, blindspots, aate hai, but if you have a 360 camera (below or equal to 20kmpl speed) all you need is to press view button, if you dont have a 360 Cam there the easy fix is to buy those small mirrors, and also laminate the mirrors with oleophobic sticker. It winters if your car is a bit fogged, or raining, you will have more visibility issues but, The best thing about baleno that no one talks about is the fixed vent exactly above the AC vents driver and passenger side that blows hot air to the side windows, exactly where you see the orvm and keeps that area dry for you to see. I have driven mine for above 50 thousands kms, i had no issues, except now it feels a bit laggy, perhaps because of my own mistake of cleaning the MAP sensor, still with AC on, it gives 19 in city.
I got Baleno in Jan 2024, I'm very happy with the purchase. Very spacious and comfortable to my family members. Only problem I'm facing is ground clearance with full capacity that too in my area which is rural but for cities it's perfect

Idk about others but sedans are comparatively more stable and comfortable to ride.. the visibility is low compared to other cars but the comfort is much better... We have a honda amaze and it is super reliable
I have driven almost all indian cars and what i felt is that sedans are better than hatchback and bigger suvs because in case of highway driving they give good mileage in city they give more comfort and at the end sedans are not for off roading....

Seriously? I have Glanza. No problem at all for visibility I am 6ft tall. You should adjust your seating position for both ivrm. Baki cars bina camere ke bhi sab sahi chalti hain. Parking ka experience hona chhaiye. Driving ka experience hona chhaiye acha.. Aur rain visor se kya dikkat ho gayi? Its so useful in rains like these.
Moral of the story is :- Never get influenced by any influencer, its your hard earned money so compare the cars according to your budget, then take a test drive and look for all the aspects which you want in your car. Take your time and never be in hurry while buying a car. Do your research properly because influencers tend to change their cars frequently.
Exactly what I faced when I drove one of my friends Baleno! it is too claustrophobic to drive, maybe the luxury styling is not going well with me. I drive a Swift and coming from that I prefer bigger glass area. This styling is not suited for people with such preferences at all.
Just a personal opinion that these issues that have been pointed out in this video are knit picking, these issues are not really issues after you have driven the car for some time. This is just what the so called influencers do to keep there business running, when you bought baleno last year I thought you were a little different and made a good choice in terms of the money spend and the features offered but I was wrong this was just another way to generate content and now since that objective is completed you are switching for more content. You stated that this car was for your dad and he has to drive in the city where as you said creta is not a good due to its size and you said that this will be better in the city. min 5k km toh drive karne ke baad hi haath set hota hai new car mei.. mere paas bhi same baleno zeta thi. yes blind spot ka problem tha usme.. bt eventually haath set ho gaya tha... 36k km chal gaii gaadi toh humen thora upgrade karna tha so we went for the new verna nd point is us gaadi ko bas 1.5 years hi hue the hardly. i never had any issue with that car other than the rear seating position and less thigh space on rear.

Does baleno pickup is linear. Because i feel swift pickup is good compared to baleno both 2023 only petrol manual model. Anyone please clarify.

Idk about others but sedans are comparatively more stable and comfortable to ride.. the visibility is low compared to other cars but the comfort is much better... We have a honda amaze and it is super reliable

I have driven almost all indian cars and what i felt is that sedans are better than hatchback and bigger suvs because in case of highway driving they give good mileage in city they give more comfort and at the end sedans are not for off roading....

Exactly what I faced when I drove one of my friends Baleno! it is too claustrophobic to drive, maybe the luxury styling is not going well with me. I drive a Swift and coming from that I prefer bigger glass area. This styling is not suited for people with such preferences at all.
Just a personal opinion that these issues that have been pointed out in this video are knit picking, these issues are not really issues after you have driven the car for some time. This is just what the so called influencers do to keep there business running, when you bought baleno last year I thought you were a little different and made a good choice in terms of the money spend and the features offered but I was wrong this was just another way to generate content and now since that objective is completed you are switching for more content. You stated that this car was for your dad and he has to drive in the city where as you said creta is not a good due to its size and you said that this will be better in the city. Now I am unable to understand how you will justify using an off-roader for city drive. This is just influencer shit please don't defame a great car due to your business reasons. You could have just said that I need a new car for more content.

Its hard to let your car go, I sold my 2020 Ford Aspire TDCI White colour after using it for 2 years due to some financial issues, I still regret that. the Final taking away picture of the car is still in my mind 😭 that is the best car ever it gives 25+ mileage on highway, and 17+ in city, even if I buy a luxury car in future I will not forget my Aspire. no matter which car you buy first car is the best car, its like pehala mahobat
min 5k km toh drive karne ke baad hi haath set hota hai new car mei.. mere paas bhi same baleno zeta thi. yes blind spot ka problem tha usme.. bt eventually haath set ho gaya tha... 36k km chal gaii gaadi toh humen thora upgrade karna tha so we went for the new verna nd point is us gaadi ko bas 1.5 years hi hue the hardly. i never had any issue with that car other than the rear seating position and less thigh space on rear.
