And now in 2023, Hobi is officially appointed as a Military Training Assistant where he’s in charge of helping to mentor new enlisting soldiers. He’s proven to be a great mentor here, and will surely be a great mentor to others during his enlistment until 2024 🫡

What I notice about J-Hope being a mentor is that he gives criticisms in a constructive way. He doesn't necessarily humiliate someone if they make mistakes but rather uses humor to make them feel more at ease. He is strict with details but still inspires the trainees when he corrects them. I'm not sure how much of his interaction with the trainees is edited but it seems J-Hope's attitude towards mentoring is so positive.

To be real here, anybody could be what BTS became. BUT it needs ALOT of hard work, they have been in alot of struggles to become what they are right now.

I did that too when I attend their fanmeeting. I was like in myself "Your palms must be clean! Its not nice shaking hands with namjoon like that!" And I was like sooooo nervous that time.
@@kark2036 its just a simple fanmeeting where every fans passing by bts are all nervous and excited at the same time. But honestly? Other staffs are TOO strict. They'll talk to you sometimes using korean language and that's so hard to understand as a simple international fan like me. But they'll try their very best to speak in English when they think you can't really understand what they're sayin. All in all, BigHit is a legend and the best for me. Atleast the staff of BigHit doesnt hurt just the way SM does.
The way hobi talks to them is very respectful and polite. Eventhough he is a a super star and sunbae to them, he doesnt act like one. I just dont understand how BTS members are all so grounded, humble, respectful, and polite even when they reach the global success😊 i definitely stan the right group😙
I watch so many funny videos of them that I forgot that they are professionals and know what they are doing. I'm looking at them at this perspective for the first time. They might act like children but they are still adults.
If you watch Burn The Stage and theirs tour DVDs you can see their more professional side, but even when they're being super pro they still our adorkable bts so it's easy get distracted and forget again lol
J-hope is so kind and soft and he don't hold that idol's pride ...the way he behaved with the youngs is heart warming ...such a gentle man he is... Army's sunshine 💜💜💜💜

@@kark2036 its just a simple fanmeeting where every fans passing by bts are all nervous and excited at the same time. But honestly? Other staffs are TOO strict. They'll talk to you sometimes using korean language and that's so hard to understand as a simple international fan like me. But they'll try their very best to speak in English when they think you can't really understand what they're sayin. All in all, BigHit is a legend and the best for me. Atleast the staff of BigHit doesnt hurt just the way SM does.

If you watch Burn The Stage and theirs tour DVDs you can see their more professional side, but even when they're being super pro they still our adorkable bts so it's easy get distracted and forget again lol
