  • This week we try a good old fashioned recipe on something a little different!
    Smoked fish is a great option if you’re looking for a great way to preserve and add flavour to any type of fish.
    I typically find a naturally oily fish such as Chinook Salmon have always great in the past! But the “King-fish” just might give the “King Salmon” a run for its money this time!
