I recall seeing an abandoned either Budd or Tulloch car out in the bush a few years ago when I went looking for a International AA160 Acco a bloke was selling. Fellow, I recall, was living in that passenger car and had an awning around it. Not being into passenger trains I cannot tell you if it was a power or trailer car. Enjoyable video Karl, thank you.
Still there…. That’s a whole other story… sad part is 1202 is there which is only remaining buffet car. I’d try and get a hold of it but for the expense of shipping and the fact that I don’t know how good it would be after so many years of exposure. There is an issue with these that the drains block easily and if they are not maintained they will be badly water damaged
