It's so clear when you watch the fruit grow from a seed that a higher power worked hard to engineer this process before it was a seed. No matter how hard I research or try to understand the process it's simply magic and amazing to see God's work.
I have a cucumber plant that is 6 feet tall, loads of little cucumbers but I’m not sure they’re growing fast enough , it’s been 90 days since I’ve planted the seeds. Does my variety take longer?
Yours will bear fruits very soon. Typically, cucumber plants will bear fruits in around 60 - 80 days. Also, it depends on a lot of factors like soil, temperature, weather, humidity, water, variety,...
There are male and female flowers on the same cucumber plant. A female flower has small fruit at the end. It will need pollinating to produce a fruit. If you grow outdoor, bees and other insects will do that. If indoor, you will need to hand-pollinate your flowers.
I lighted 24/7 for video purpose. But for general use, it should be around 12-14 hours for seeding and vegetative stage, 9-12 hours for flowering stage, or 7-8 hours for fruiting stage.
This was grown in a small container, thus I only pollinated one flower so the fruit could reach to the full size. If you want more fruits then growing it to the ground or a bigger container and pollinating more flowers.
Me and my 13 year old just planted ours today. We are excited
❤ good luck 😉
remove the first flowers, grow cucumber at the 5th/6th flower. Roots get stronger, more harvest.
Nice! Thanks for the tip!
if you have no or almost no female flowers, cut off the top. then side shoots with a lot of female flowers will grow
I just grow cucumbers bell peppers okra and sunflower and ampalaya and pechay eggplant

God doesn't exist
I disagree, God is very much alive.
No effort needed, the creator simply said 'Be' and it came into being.
christians try not to make everything about god challenge: impossible

I'm at day 61. Tons of flowers with tiny little nubs? Should I give up and chuck them? What did I do wrong?
