Couple of beauties there! Those big teeth shine like pearls! GS are so smart! A neighbour in the small town where I grew up had one. She use to watch over all us kids. She loved it when we would maul her and play. I am now 62 and still think of her. Dutchess !!!
Thanks for all your kind comments! The mother did a good job with her two pups so they are doing great today as adults and are healthy and happy. So everyone in this tiny family is doing just fine today, still acting like puppies...including mom :)

Not necessarily. I have a GSD who was born in 2010 and her parents are also still alive because they were 2 and 3 when they had her. So they're 12 and 13. She's 10 and still full of energy.
its not like im one of them, but answering to your question, some people think its not very ethical to spend 1000 euros on a dog when you can make the world a better place and adopt. Again, I understand this thinking, still dont dislike anyone for buying the dog they want.
I know this is a very old post but it's still does not change the fact on how cute that baby is. I've spent the last 21 years rescuing German Shepherd and I absolutely love them. I'd love when they get to the age of playing. I like playing rough with my babies. We pretend to wrestle and I hold them down for a three count and they make that whining noise that German Shepherds do. The one thing that all my babies are they are trained. No matter how much playing we have going on and if all of them are involved all I need to do is snap my fingers everything stops and they come and sit in front of Daddy. My fosters learn that also but I cannot play with them like I do with my babies. The other volunteers think that if I play rough with them that when they get into there forever home the people might mistake that as aggression. They say that I have a lot of training and experience that most adopters don't have. I could watch videos like this all day long.
+roosterinboro I have had eight dogs in my life, in 65. Started with mutts, then went to two Golden Retrievers, then to GSDs. My first lived to be ten, I loved him so much when he died I went out and got another then a year later another. Today we have two. Absolutely the best dogs ever. You will never regret getting a GSD.
