Yes.. this is the famous oyster pancake! This shop actually is pretty famous, it had quite a long queue, and I think people came here specifically for this shop. They also serve a shrimp version, which I'll probably stick with from now on. Actually, I probably will never eat Oysters again because of the PTSD haha
I'm generally very open to new foods, like there isn't much I won't eat. However, after this incident, I'm definitley more cautious about what street foods I'm eating, both inside and outside of China.
