Gotta admit this is one of your worst lessons. I understand that if you're gonna go on a first date, then being a gentlemen means being prepared to cover the bill, and that he was in the wrong to leave her with the tab, but she invited a friend without telling him and expected him to pay for her as well, she outright committed theft and fraud and at the end of the day, justified his reasons why he wanted to split the check in the first place
To add on, the friend was rude asf and really at that point I too would've came to the conclusion that they only wanted a free meal and just moved onto the next person. Lastly, that restaurant manger should've been fired 100% for encouraging those girls to outright steal from him.

And Stella stole $$ from Zach when she made unauthorized charges on Zach's credit card and rifled $40 cash.
This was wrong. He had the right to leave her at the table. Whenever I go out on a first date. I give my friends and family names, address, plate number and pic. I don’t bring my friend along and expect my date to pay for that person. And I would have the waiter fired and return my money and and return money on card.

This video had mixed messages from the start. It’s one thing for him to complain about the wait staff not coming over right away, but her attitude and inviting her friend to join them was messed up. On top of that, both women expected him to pay for her friend as well. The only thing I fault him for is leaving without telling them and for not paying for his own meal. Finally, the waiter had no business giving the female date the guy’s wallet. He robbed that male date and they stole from him. The moral of the story doesn’t even fit what I saw. Y’all missed the mark on this video.

Clearly a criminal act as the purchase was unauthorized AND the bartender, after receiving knowledge that it was their first date, should lose his job for giving someone else's wallet to basically a stranger; there's no telling what they could've done with his information. That act could've easily cost the establishment a 6 figure settlement and bad rep for fraudulent transactions. Not worth it. As for the young lady and her friend; they could share cells since she wanna tag team to a meal.

This is the most disappointing message Vid Chronicles has broadcast. It was not OK for Stella to rifle Zach's wallet, and she crossed the line into crime by giving any tip to the waiter and socking Zach with Gina's dinner special and expensive drink. The waiter is criminally complicit by accepting a tip Zach didn't authorize, as well as by giving Zach's wallet to Stella in the first place. An honorable waiter truly concerned about good karma would have left Zach's wallet alone, asked Stella if Zach had agreed beforehand to pay for Gina's tab, asked Stella to pay for Gina's tab, and drawn up a tab for Stella and Zach's food and beverage alone. Zach probably would have paid for the latter. But Vid Chronicles should not be sending a message that stealing from Zach was OK. VERY DISAPPOINTING MESSAGE.

My mother told me to always pay your own way. Especially on a first date. Make sure the waiter knows it's separate checks. I've had guys who ordered expensive drinks. I told the waiter up front, separate checks and tabs. I think it's rude to go on a date and expect a guy to pay. I mean they met up on a dating app. They didn't even know each other. Don't get me started on her bringing a friend along. And expecting the guy to pay for her too. I've had guys who tried to put their friends drinks on my Tab. They would order like 10 shots. One guy tried to put 3 bottles of Christal !! (200 bucks each.)I told the bar tender that only my stuff goes on my tab. My date would get angry and demand me to pay for his stuff. I paid my tab and left.

I think this is a case of ESH. Stella should not have brought her friend on a date and expected Zack to pay for all three of them. Zack shouldn't have dined and dashed leaving her to (not)pay for all three of their meals. The restaurant owner should not have revealed to Stella and her friend that Zack left his wallet behind and let them use said wallet to pay for meals and give him a tip (Zack can probably dispute those charges though). Like I said, everyone sucks in this video.
