Don't expect immediate returns, good for longterm investment... Also I have a flat there, so ussually travel by car and don't trust the public transportation much...

But one can consider these pros. 1-bullet train station 2- planned township on cidco land approx 337 hectares. 3- Connectivity is increasing 4- MMRDA is planning to open their office in the vicinity. 5- flat prices are still on the lower side, so chances of appreciation is good.
Evn I was given bullet train an Al lollipop 3 year ago...now if ask thy say ho complaint rera...resale value is if u buy in 19 lakh u won't evn get 13 lakh coz der..u won't evn get a buyer nor a real estate agent
