Hey so i noticed Unsung builds shiv first item nowadays, i tried it and it felt good, but why run that item over others? Before now i rushed collector, so what changed? (No flame, just trying to figure out what the reasoning is)

different regions are equally bad but have different mentality if you are na, they just get offended and pety insult you, eu is straight up racist insults and nobody cares cause they have bigger ego then chogaths size so they just troll and korea is goody to shoes for meta picks if you are going off meta=troll so all the morale is gone,so region kinda matters when you get ego players trying to limit test everygame
