Damn Brew. So much gold in these vids. Such resources in these channels. I'm so stoked to start my 4-eyed & wide project in the near future, and these channels give me so much in the way of valuable info and inspiration. I'm glad there are others that "wronged" their 1st fox, and aren't afraid to share it. Big ups!

This will definitely throw your pinion angle off some lowering the trans down ... Which reminds me, You said you was going to do a step by step video on the proper way to set up the pinion angle several months ago 😀 Thanks for the videos!!

We will soon hopefully. It’s a nightmare getting the car on block and getting under it to film though.

When I put my TKO 600 in my '88 IROC it also had that downward angle at the tail. The directions in the kit wanted you to put spacers between the frame and crossmember. The reason for this was the F-body tunnel being so small and rounded and the TKO having a more squared top because of the removable plates vs the factory T5 or 700r4. I didn't like that downward angle so I modified the tunnel so I could raise the trans and get the factory u-joint angles back.

Most of my cars in general have been Turbo cars. Its my thing...... u cant compare a turbo cars voice notes unless its next to another turbo car. Calypso sounds beautiful to me. U want monster volume then go N/A or SP/PC

Is that GM trans mount made of rubber? I’m thinking of removing my SVE HD red polyurethane trans mount and going with rubber to absorb some the vibes I’m getting. 86 Gt with 408w here with TKX trans. Your thoughts?

That gm part is going to neutralize the power the turbo is making so it's like you're N/A again 😱🐢🐢🤣😂 you're backing up now putting those cheap gm parts on, you're better off with Chinese parts 😂🤣😂 the Chevy guys are trying to slow you down with their stuff so don't use too much of it 😂🤣thankfully you didn't ls swap it 😂🤣😄🤣👍🏾 ah just messing with ya man 😂🤣

@@awee5816 I've broken some other drivetrain shit in the car but, after a few years, the stifler's has held up. No idea the weight difference. I had a 4 cylinder car stock so chunked that cross member.
