Here's an idea for a prank:
Call a priest and tell him that you have a mold infestation in your house. Ask him when he can come over to clean it up. In the bible it is detailed in Leviticus 14:44-53 that a priest shall remove the pestilence and do a ritual (killing birds and spraying their blood) to "cleanse" your home.
I think it would be funny on many levels.

The apartment renter acted normally. Anyone who has rented places out and knows what it's like to have to force $500-800 (depending on the place in my area) out of people, know how difficult it is to deal with people. You can't be kind to these guys, and need to be ready to evict people in a heartbeat if necessary for contract violations.
Let me give you guys a little help imaging what it's like to deal with people in these regards, there are entire Organizations, known as "Property Managements" that deal just with this, so that Renters don't have to deal with annoying people who act like Rakesh or don't pay. This guy should consider signing up with them cuz he's starting to lose it, don't blame him, if he owns over 2 places (which he obv does), he shouldn't be doing this.
