FULL DISCLOSURE: MY VIDEOS OFTEN CONTAIN COPYRIGHTED CONTENT-SONGS WRITTEN BY OTHER ARTISTS. This is much of the same material that I perform live-in other words, "cover songs". I ALWAYS PROVIDE FULL CREDIT AND ATTRIBUTION TO ARTISTS/OWNERS OF THE COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL.
In addition, I sometimes use backing tracks for other instrumentation. These tracks were purchased by me from various backing tracks providers.

This video and our youtube channel in general may contain certain copyrighted works that were not specifically authorized to be used by the copyright holder(s), but which we believe in good faith are protected by federal law and the fair use doctrine for one or more of the reasons noted above.
