Thankyou Helen great video. Isn't it a blessing we don't know what's ahead of us I'm 71 and always cooked from scratch. I reared 5 healthy children I had to be fit n healthy I asked my daughter in law to order me an air fryer my cosori arrived mine has two separate drawers that suit me living alone. I played with it once then it sat like an ornament. Then I became ill and put on morphine for pain. I was so confused . I put two eggs on the hob to boil 45 minutes later I remembered the eggs. I now use my cosori every day it turns itself off thank goodness. 😂
Cosori seems to be the main air fryer demonstrated on most English TH-cam channels. It doesn’t seem to have broken through the Australian market yet. The chicken looked perfectly cooked, nice and juicy. ❤
I love my air fryer. I cooked a joint of beef at the weekend on dehydrate 60 degrees for 4 hours 30 mins then air fry for 5 mins. Cover in foil and a tea towel and let it rest for about an hour. It was delicious . Still pink but not bloody . Never had much success with beef joints before. I was very impressed xx
@@ruthcadman2601 it was only a small joint probably about 750g . It was a roasting joint from Tesco when they were reduced before Christmas. Sorry can’t be more precise
Thanks for sharing this video Helen. I have a dual ninja and just love it. I'm very well known for 'killing' a steak but with the air fryer it only takes 6 minutes either side and the plus is I don't set off the smoke alarm 😂
Brilliant ; I bought a different make a couple of years ago and love that it can be both 2 compartments or a large single one. It is slightly smaller than the Cosori. Technology improves so rapidly I can’t keep up and certainly can’t be continually changing appliances.😊 . Thank you once more 😊
I have the same air fryer and I cooked a very large turkey crown in it on Boxing Day for family, it took no time at all and was delicious. Did the pigs in blankets and stuffing in it too. They are a Godsend.
You have re-ignited my interest in our air fryer. We bought a Cosori one about 5 years ago (just a normal single compartment one). Never really got into it and it’s sat in the utility room all that time. Will definitely give it another go. Thanks Helen…your chicken looked great. 👍. Mary (Scottish Hel’s Belle living in France) 🤗
Yes , I agree they are brilliant , I used mine tonight for our meal. I just wonder how much bigger that Corsori is ? As I haven’t got a big kitchen & hate the work services cluttered up . & also the price . I understand they have elements bottom & top .
Another great video Helen. I have a dual Ninja and love it. So versatile. I love the Smart finish.option, which I’m sure the Cosori has. I do use parchment cases now, saves a bit of time cleaning and just located large size to hold chicken . It’s amazing how quick and easy to use these are. Gives so much more time to shop👗👔🥿👒
Hi Helen great video thank you. You say 38% off, I have clicked the link for Amazon but cannot see a discount, you normally have a code for discounts. Thankyou for all you do.🥰
Hi, thank you. The discount is included in that online price. It's normally over £250. Hope that helps. Honestly, I've used it every day since I bought it. xx
Thankyou for your quick response. We have a dual ninja but find it a bit restrictive for some cooking, love this one so much more practical even just for two people.xx
So easy. Just take the drawer out and either wash in the sink, very easy to clean or I pop the trays in the dishwasher. But honestly it takes seconds. xx
Thanks for another great video. I have the Ninja double air fryer and I wouldn’t be without it. It gets used every day and the food is so good and really tasty. The bonus also is I’m saving money on the electric x
Thank you Helen, your dinner looks scrumptious 😋. I’m very tempted to purchase one as my air fryer is only 6L and for somethings I still have to put the oven on which isn’t ideal. 😊😊😊
Thanks Helen , I was given an air fryer for Christmas and I’m really enjoying it as it’s great not to have to heat up My gas oven for one small thing and it makes food nice and crispy ( if you want it that way ) mine had a dehydrate mode , have you tried that at all ? I thought it could be fun to dehydrate fresh herbs ?
Brilliant! I wouldn't be without mine. Time to upgrade. I wonder how long before they replace conventional ovens and we can have them built in and in all sizes. Heaven! ❤x
We have had a Cosori single for nearly two years and we use it nearly every day. My husband wanted it and begrudgingly bought it for him. I made room in our cupboard to store it but it now sits out since used so often. 😂
I love my air fryer ! I always use an instant read thermometer to check if things are cooked since it’s so easy to overcook in the air fryer. I’ve watched a lot of videos by “Empowered cooks “ on U tube and learned a lot of techniques from her.
Hi Helen, Thank you for sharing the cosori dual blaze airfryer with us 😊 That looks like a really good one and you can cook a big roast with it like you did! 😀 Love it 😍 The dinner you cooked in this airfryer looked yummy and I bet it tasted good too 😋 xx
Helen! How come Robs so slim eating giant meal like this? Now he’s retired from his physical job you are going to have to cut his portions or he’ll get tubby, more to love! 😂
That all looked delicious Helen. It's Corsori I'm leaning towards but my jury's still out on which air fryer to get so I just keep looking at them online. In this process I’ve discovered some 'experts' are saying the safest ones should be stainless steel or ceramic or glass to minimise the plastic content. Now I'm more confused than ever!! Doesn't take much!!! 😮 😅
There's a new scare everyday. I'm not sure how much plastic is in these.... but I've got it now... so I'll carry on with it. The more you read, the more confused you get... haha xx

I roast whole chicken nearly every week, upside down first then turn it, under an hour and is beautiful cooked in an Air Fryer.
