I Have Recently visited Nandi buag .I am going to first time this Resort. We enjoyed alot with my family. But Bad management system. *Good point* 1) Resort is very good for enjoy for family 2) Very good for photos purposed 3) Swimming pool is good 4) DoG is very nice in Nandi buag ( Name is Doller) 5) Night out dance and Host and music is very nice . 6) Nightout lighting is very nice in Nandi buag. 7) The staff is co-operating very Fast. *Bad Point and Really horrible* - they are very poor management in Kitchen staff .my child has infection so I have told him to make simple Rice and dal they told me we will make in evening for your child but the kitchen staff not made the rice and dal for my child . and kitchan staff have big issue for water bottle in storage because they don't put water bottle in fridge. If you have small child so don't go if he or she not well .I have personally recommend one day picnic will be fine . During time dinner time they made Chinese it's really not understand Chinese food not good for child .(My personal view ) This Resort is very far from the station so if you have a child then pls carry some fruit or nasta with you. Mr Tushar- staff nandi buag very supportive they Arrange Fruit ( apple) for my child . because i have not gotten Dal & Rice from the Kitchen area. *Safety for Bridge i have not seen by this staff some child late night walking with the water bridge but no Guard in near to Bridge.* if any incident happened who will be responsible. Cycling they provide but some cycles are not in good condition . Clubhouse - We have seen some game is broken down and some game is not have properly available. Rain dance we have seen but music is not there when we come to the pool on 26 April . Room Service - 1) Room is very clean 2) Water issue also it's Seen water some time they closed tab so I have talk to reception for water is not comeing to bathroom so I have face this issue 2-3 time but they resolved this issue within 10 min but I am not understand why they closed my water tab . 3) Room no 109 they allotted to me .( Separate Room) ( 2 adult + 1 child ) .. plz see the all things is properly visit to Room..
Thank you for sharing your experience. Sometimes things happens like this at many places, but I agree with you on one thing the resort is way to far. And as I shared my experience it was average. Yes it's safe and yeah they have UPI payments. But do carry cash also because there's network issue.
