They made a 5 hp version of that motor with the same pump but a little bit bigger. I can't find a 3 hp replacement pump. I have a 5 hp pump but no motor to put it in. Good video, thanks.
I have an old version of that heater. Works great! Question: After pulling my 92 johnson out of the water the water drains out of the lower immediately but my 88 doesn't. You can move the motor back and forth and water sloshes out of the upper and lower exhaust locations. Is this normal?
