I imagine that the guy in the front when he was in his mom's belly he didn't want to come out and they kept trying to get him out, but he still didn't want to come out. So then someone put some Congolese music for the mom to relax. Then that is when the baby decided to come out, dancing. I cannot imagine him walking, he probably is dancing to move around also.
